Jules Hildebrand

Jules Hildebrand is a musician, curator and cultural professional. His influences range from ambient to avant-garde, techno and noise music. He is Artistic Co-Director of FOG Festival, a yearly festival for contemporary electronic music and sound art. His work explores how listening can shape our perception of place and time. His main interest lies in the poetics of environment, exploring sound as a form of contemplation, a medium that exists between presence and distance, discipline and drift.
