Empusa – DJ from Mexico City and active since 2021, began as a music selector and cultural promoter with Cvlt-o Mx | Cvlt-O, collaborating in the creation and curation of alternative sound experiences and events. She has taken part in independent projects in Mexico City, Querétaro, and Pachuca, working with collectives such as Terror Clash, Sintetika Secuencia, Misa Negra, Tanzqualität, Terror Glitch, Dissociados Media, Club Furies, Pagan Love Song, El Portal del Underground, and the Macabro Film Festival. Her presence has marked iconic underground venues including La Mezcalli, Black Centro Cultural, Dada X, Paranoid Visions, Donceles 58, Pulquería Los Insurgentes, and Diablo Negro. Her genres are EBM, industrial, TBM, indie dance, dark wave, and Italo disco. She has shared the stage with artists such as Ductape (Turkey), Delectro (Colombia), L (L.A.), Invalid User, Graphiel, El Ojo y la Navaja, Werner Karloff, and Neolin.
