Andrea Arias, also known as ZIGE, is a Colombian DJ, producer, and sound engineer known for her strong eclecticism and versatility. With over 13 years of experience in the electronic scene, Andrea has developed a unique style that blends a variety of elements from techno, electro, breakbeat, house, acid, ghettotech, trance, new beat, among others. Her passion for exploring new sounds and encouraging the audience to expand their auditory horizon is one of the distinctive features of her sets, where she aims to create a special connection with the audience.
Throughout her career, ZIGE has been committed to cultural management and empowering emerging artists, especially women and members of the queer and LGTBIQ+ community, in the music industry. In 2016, she co-founded NÓTT, a project that fostered strong networking among colleagues, gave life to a record label, and organized events, such as the first Boiler Room Off Camera and its own stage at Baum Festival, where Andrea also performed
