Midnightly: #5 A Trip to Nowhere

In this Midnightly episode rebels of Beat Generation – Jack Kerouac and William Boroughs will take us on a little tour of exterior jazz soundscapes, not that far tho – we’ll spend time with classic novels arranged in dub, evergreen soul songs, contemporary jazz from Shabaka And The Ancestors, a classic by mighty Cymande and a bit of fusion jazz funk with Tony Allen on drums as it’s almost a year now since has passed away. All this mixed with melancholic songs about unfulfilled love – there’s my favorite Susan Cadogan who holds a special place in my heart – I hope these heartbroken ladies will pave the way on this trip  to the middle of nowhere
