Twopenny Hangover

Twopenny Hangover is a way for me to share my enthusiasm for the world’s lesser-known music makers and record labels—past, present, and future.

Originally from Wales, I’ve lived in Warsaw for over 20 years. I’ve done some radio in the past, and I’m really happy to be part of Radio Kapitał now. I work in and around the English language.

The aim of the show is to immerse listeners in the global independent music scenes I’ve followed for the past 30 years. I take deep dives into regions that interest me most at any given moment—currently Sweden and South America—and add my voice to the broader conversation about how, despite everything, there’s still so much that’s inspiring and electrifying out there. There’s never been a better time to listen.
