Expect a spacious lullaby. Listening with all the senses. Uncovering. Mud around the toes as the tide goes out. Featuring a takeover from one of our favorite experimental music labels, enmossed. Glyn says of his mix: &#8222;This could be considered the first entry in my ongoing &#8222;Interbedded Gneiss&#8221; mix series, which is comprised of snippets of LPs heavily pitched down (&gt;20%). I have an old field recorder permanently attached to my vinyl amp &amp; hit record whenever something hits nicely. Later, I dump all of the snippets to my computer &amp; construct a mix from them (&amp; tracklisting which can be difficult sometimes). So the mixes function as an auditory diary or sketchbook of sorts, showcasing what &amp; how I was listening to things. This particular mix collects tracks from the latter half of 2020 &amp; was constructed around the solstice at the end of the year. While it was in the dead of winter in western Maine, during COVID, I believe a summery vibe packed with woozy uncertainty pervades the mix.&#8221;

Season&#8217;s Greetings returns with a dreamy episode for the end of May ~ Bells from the Deep has just returned from a trip to Japan where she was touring with her tarot-inspired sound project for a few weeks. The first hour is dedicated to the musicians she met and performed with along the way. Chanelle Allesandre has been reading (as she does every spring) the love poems of Halina Poświatowska. So, she has infused hour two with songs and poems for the lovers listening out there. Expect some deep cuts, new tunes, ambient breaks, birds, blossoms, undiscovered sounds, and lush poetry. Sending great love on wafts of purple lilac, on the softness of newly unfurled red oak leaves, and with hints of black walnut bud ready to burst. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy &lt;3

Season&#8217;s Greetings is back with a two-hour long episode of sonic moments and botanical musings collected by Chanelle Allesandre and Bells from the Deep to capture the essence of Beltane: this perfect mid-point between the spring and summer. The first hour of this show features excerpts of live recordings from the experimental underground and a little about a flower called Bleeding Heart. Hour two showcases Our Lady&#8217;s Mantle and an array of melodies that bead up like the morning dew. Some sounds unfurl quietly and spread out like a palm, others with a clear and chirping burst. Some sounds bloom in bells, flutes, vocals, others in and keys, rhythms, crescendos, and loops. Tune in for a sonic dose of this frenetic and floral and vibrant time of the year.

Spring is here, and there&#8217;s something outside we want to show you&#8230; This episode is full of spacious tracks&#8211;like a great big yawn or a perfect stretch after a long night of sleep. But it is also dappled with some beats&#8211;like the warm water right before it reaches a boil.
